Meet Kevin Crowsyn,
Strategic Marketing and Communications Consultant
Kevin Crowsyn’s career has centered on common challenges: helping organizations communicate better, adapt to change, and turn new ideas into meaningful results. His experience spans military, nonprofit, academic, and private-sector environments.
During his 25 years of military service, Kevin led initiatives across U.S. Army Recruiting Command, modernizing how the organization approaches recruiting, communication, and digital engagement. He co-authored two Army recruiting doctrinal publications on medical and virtual recruiting.
At Crowsyn Creative, Kevin helps clients clarify their message and make informed marketing decisions. He connects strategy with practical execution to strengthen their digital presence.
He holds an M.A. in Mass Communication from the University of Florida. He founded and served as the inaugural president of the UF Association of Military Alumni. The UF Alumni Association recognized Kevin with the 2024 Inclusive Leadership Award for Industry Achievement and the 2025 Leader of the Year Award.
Kevin is also an adjunct instructor at UF and West Virginia University, teaching graduate-level strategic communication and marketing courses.
He has been a featured speaker at national conferences and professional events, including Military Influencer Conference, Social Media Strategies Summit, National Association of Government Communicators, Public Relations Society of America, Shriners International, and Veteran Social Summit.
Meet Kyla Crowsyn,
Creative Director
Kyla Crowsyn is an award-winning photographer and graphic artist who leads creative direction for Crowsyn Creative. She helps clients shape how their brands look, feel, and show up across platforms. Her work ensures that strategy is supported by creative assets with purpose and personality.
Originally from British Columbia, Canada, Kyla received the 2018 Ursprung Photography Award. Her photography has been featured in multiple art exhibitions.
Kyla’s creative portfolio includes merchandise, promotional graphics, social content, and brand assets. She turns ideas into visuals that help organizations communicate clearly and consistently.
